You’ll Need To Have

• Understanding of contract administration JCT, NEC, FIDIC.
• Understanding of the design process and leadership principles.
• Understanding of Building Regulations and Compliance.
• Effective and deep technical knowledge of
• Building as systems, legislation and delivery.
• Risk Management and mitigation.
• Demonstrable experience of undertaking technical auditing and ensuring these are enforced.
• Able to present a range of technical information in an easy to understand fashion to diverse audiences and at industry level.
• Able to network, share lessons learned/knowledge and innovate.
