JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote Aldar Projects to UAE and international brokers.
- Coordinate and assist in conducting training sessions for external brokers on Aldar projects unique selling points project specific details to gain buyin while building a strong relationship
- Explore potential brokers connect and sign agreements to ensure a continuous working relationship between both parties
- Grow and expand the international brokers database and maintain a healthy relationship
- Continuously managing brokers and agents inquires raise red flags to line manager
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing and sales campaigns products rates challenges and lessons learned
- Assist in the conducting awareness / training sessions for the sales staff on the international sales markets challenges and opportunities
- Identify potential international markets for penetration to Vice President Broker Management and Sales Support
- Assist in managing the process of launching brokers sales events / roadshows and exhibitions in Dubai and international markets
- Assess the challenges and penetration barriers for each potential market recommend solutions and promotions to line manager
- Provide periodic reporting on the brokerage function main metrics.
Key Result Areas:
- Number of brokers event conducted per quarter.
- Number of sales lead generated.
- Access to international brokers.
Working Conditions:

Related years of Experience:
- Min of 4 years of related experience.

- Knowledge of Dubai Real estate market

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
