Assistant manager HR

In this role, you will contribute in supporting Logistics department in logistics custom clearance on day-to-day basis. Interfacing with internal colleagues and service providers to ensure best value for the company in line to meet operational requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

Driving License

Understanding in document attestations with Qatar Chamber of Commerce

Understanding in Shipment approval from Department of Metrology, ICT, Qatar Customs and EPC

Documents approval from HR for attestations

Attending to Sea freight imports from Hamad Sea port

Attending to imports by Air from Hamad International Airport

Attending to filing work while in QR Head Office

Attend to stores work as necessary

Ad-hoc official tasks assigned by Line Manager or HOD

Maintenance of Official Vehicles allotted to department

Skills:

A clear, confident and concise communicator

Well-organised, good negotiator; able to set and work to tight deadlines

Self-motivated and proactive, takes the initiative to pre-empt opportunities

Great at building strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers and suppliers
