ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings plans and blueprints.
• Utilize CAD software to produce accurate drawings.
• Experience in FITOUT Projects and Drawings
• Prepare technical documentation including floor plans elevations and sections.
• Collaborate with architects engineers and stakeholders.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional drafting certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an architectural draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit or similar CAD software.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Problemsolving abilities related to architectural drafting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and technologies.
