Position Overview:

We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to work in our office in Dubai.

• Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business workflows

• Renewing licenses on time
• Arrange conferences and meetings preparing required materials and equipment.

• Handle administrative coordination documentation and internal follow-upsProvide comprehensive office administration support to the Business and Sales teams

• Schedule conference rooms and spaces for meetings and events.
• Greet log and direct visitors mail and packages.
• File and retrieve documents as needed.
• Answer and route incoming calls and correspondence; escalate issues when required.
• Prepare correspondence presentations and meeting support materials.
• Handle purchase orders and maintain office supplies.
• Ensure conference rooms supply stations printer areas guest reception areas and general workspaces are clean and well stocked.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

• 1-2 years of experience on an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Emirati Citizenship required

• Strong knowledge of employment visa processes including applications renewals and cancellations

• Strong knowledge in generic administrative work

• Experience with office and business license renewals

• Familiarity with Ministry of Labour procedures and regulations including all related documentation and compliance requirements
