Objective of role

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Controller within our Finance Team in Dubai UAE.

Prepare and oversee the production of financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and provide analysis to support decisionmaking processes.

Coordinate and manage external audits if applicable. Work closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and address any audit findings. Conduct internal audits to assess and improve internal processes.

Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into the organizations financial performance. This may involve analyzing trends identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance financial efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance department. Implement new systems or enhance existing ones to streamline financial processes.
