Drjob, a leading accounting firm in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an Account Administrator at Drjob, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and timely
- Maintain financial records and data entry in the accounting system
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities
- Support the finance team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding financial queries
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus
