Senior Engineer QAQC

Job Summary:
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all project activities materials and workmanship comply with applicable quality standards specifications and client requirements. The role involves monitoring inspecting and reporting on quality-related aspects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Ensure compliance with project specifications standards and contractual requirements.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials equipment and construction/installation activities.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) method statements and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams consultants and contractors on all quality-related matters.
• Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation reports and records.
• Perform internal audits and participate in external audits as required.
• Ensure proper calibration and control of measuring and testing equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality performance.

Qualifications :

• Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in QA/QC within similar projects.
• Proven experience in quality control and assurance practices in construction/engineering projects.
• Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures standards and documentation.
• Experience with inspection testing and auditing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation tools
