Qualifications & JobSpecific Knowledge
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with professional registration in local jurisdiction.
- Professional registration in local jurisdiction and/or Certified Project Management Professional from a globally recognized body (IPMA APM PMI AIPM).
- Extensive experience in Offshore EPCM / EPC projects including offshore detailed engineering and site assignments.
- Proven experience working in multicultural and multinational offshore project environments.
- Advanced understanding of Worley Management Systems knowledge systems engineering processes tools and governance requirements with the ability to guide others and resolve complex system/process issues.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel Teams and PowerPoint with strong ability to organize consolidate and retain technical and project information in line with prescribed formats and policies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Visio to support offshore engineering data interfaces and reporting.
- Strong understanding of offshore detailed engineering requirements including wellhead platforms topsides and offshore facilities and their integration with procurement construction hookup and commissioning activities.
Decision Making
- Makes independent authoritative decisions on complex offshore engineering and execution matters within established corporate and client frameworks.
- Sets priorities and resolves issues considering HSE technical integrity cost schedule and offshore execution risks.
- Evaluates options and tradeoffs and makes informed recommendations aligned with contract project objectives and ADNOC requirements.
- Anticipates downstream impacts of engineering decisions on offshore construction installation and operations.
Supervision Received
- Works with a high degree of autonomy initiating engagement with supervisor only on strategic commercial or highrisk matters.
- Receives assignments defined in terms of broad project objectives and outcomes rather than detailed instructions.
- Work is reviewed at a high level for policy compliance soundness of approach technical integrity and overall effectiveness.
- Responsible for coordination and integration across Worley disciplines offices and interfaces relevant to offshore detailed engineering delivery.
Supervision Authority
- Assigns offshore project work and provides technical and execution leadership to discipline leads and senior engineers.
- Reviews engineering deliverables for technical accuracy adequacy offshore constructability and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- May have direct reports with authority to conduct performance evaluations impacting pay progression and development.
- Makes recommendations on selection training development performance management and disciplinary actions for project personnel.
- Acts as a mentor and technical reference point for senior staff involved in offshore detailed engineering projects.

- Provides visible safety leadership for offshore detailed engineering projects ensuring full compliance with Worley HSE requirements.
- Accountable for Safety by Design Constructability Operability and Maintainability for offshore facilities including wellhead platforms and topsides.
- Leads and contributes to HAZID HAZOP SIMOPS Constructability Operability and Maintainability (COM) workshops for offshore scope.

- Ensures compliance with Customer Basis of Design ADNOC Offshore standards and applicable international codes.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of EPC offshore project delivery workflows and interface management.
- Provides guidance on vendor document reviews technical bid evaluations and integration with offshore construction requirements.
- Supports offshore construction hookup commissioning and handover readiness from an engineering perspective.
Commercial & Financial Acumen
- Applies indepth understanding of customer contracts and ADNOC commercial frameworks.
- Supports project cost control by tracking engineering deliverables quantities and productivity trends.
- Understands offshore cost buildup and gross margin impacts.
- Forecasts cost and schedule impacts of engineering changes and offshore execution risks.
- Ensures robust change management and variation control processes are applied during detailed engineering.

- Translates contract and proposal commitments into executable offshore detailed engineering scope.
