Look for Procurement engineers or Senior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical / ELV / ICT). Here is some more precise
Roles & Responsibilities :
Prepare Electrical/ELV/ICT project tender submissions such as Cost Breakdown Quotation Schedule of Technical Data Schedule of Rates Bills of Quantities Tender Proposal etc.
Review all tender documents such as Drawings Scope of Work Technical/performance specifications and etc.
Generate preliminary design and costing for Design & Build tender.
Request and evaluate quotations from vendors/suppliers/subcontractors.
Provide contractual advice to the project team over the project duration.
Manage EOT progress claim VO submission and final account with client/subcontractor.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the building construction industry in UAE with a preference for experience with Electrical Contractors.
Experienced in tendering for projects.
Profound knowledge of Electrical ELV and ICT systems.
Education and IT/Software Skills:
Microsoft Office.
Basic AutoCAD skills are an advantage.
