Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining diagnosing and repairing crawler cranes and mobile cranes specifically brands such as Kobelco and Sany. This role requires strong technical knowledge attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance inspections and repairs on crawler and mobile cranes
Diagnose mechanical hydraulic and electrical issues efficiently
Troubleshoot faults in engines transmissions hydraulic systems and control systems
Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
Read and interpret technical manuals schematics and diagnostic tools
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Maintain accurate service records and report any major defects or issues
Coordinate with supervisors and operators regarding equipment performance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Crane Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Strong knowledge of Kobelco and Sany cranes is highly preferred
Solid understanding of diesel engines hydraulics and electrical systems
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
Relevant technical certification or diploma (preferred)
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
