Apt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for Guest Room Attendants at a stunning luxury resort located on the beautiful Red Sea. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring that guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable this role you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and common areas of the resort.
Responsibilities
- Prepare guest rooms by cleaning sanitizing and restocking all necessary supplies
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including vacuuming dusting and polishing
- Ensure all amenities are replenished including towels soaps and linens
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly
- Provide outstanding guest service by accommodating special requests as needed
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Guest Room Attendant or Housekeeper in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Housekeeping Operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing walking lifting and carrying
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
