Apt Resources is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Turndown Attendant to join a prestigious five-star luxury resort located along the stunning Red Sea. This world-class resort is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and it is seeking meticulous individuals who take pride in preparing guest rooms to the highest standards.
As a Turndown Attendant you will play a vital role in ensuring that each guest room is beautifully presented and welcoming enhancing the overall luxury experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within one of the most exclusive hospitality projects in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare guest rooms for evening service including turning down beds and refreshing amenities.
- Ensure all guest rooms meet five-star cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Report any maintenance or guest service issues to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Maintain discretion professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Support housekeeping operations as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or turndown service in luxury hotels or resorts is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Professional reliable and guest-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
