The HR Executive Emiratization supports the HR department in recruitment employee onboarding HR administration and compliance with UAE labor laws. The role focuses on assisting in HR processes maintaining employee records and ensuring smooth operations while promoting Emiratization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings shortlisting and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records HR databases and personnel files
- Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Support performance appraisal and training coordination processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and Emiratization regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Support HR reporting and prepare regular HR metrics for management
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National (Emiratization role)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or related roles
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
