Ops leader for Aero Services business in EMEA region
The EMEA Aero Services Operations Leader will be responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives across the Region associated with all Aero Services Product Line activities. The role will deliver customer value via key business metrics including EHS Quality outage cycle time & cost lead the sub region operating rhythm and contribute to the overall Aero business strategy. This role will unite our execution team with the global threads to deliver on operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the EMEA Operations Excellence strategy based on Lean Operating Method pillars (Hoshin Kanri MOR Daily Management Kaizen) across all five workstreams (Win Design Buy Build Execute).
Drive standardization of operational processes Lean practices and best-practice sharing across EMEA pole and with other poles.
Facilitate Kaizen events transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities to enhance Safety Quality Delivery and Cost (SQDC) performance.
Lead root-cause analyses and implement systemic corrective actions to resolve operational issues and eliminate recurring risks.
Manage operating cadences and governance rhythms to ensure visibility accountability and discipline in operational performance.
Partner with HQ Supply Chain Commercial EHS Quality Engineering Digital and Finance teams to ensure integrated execution and alignment with global standards.
Support SIOP processes by providing operational inputs and ensuring clear visibility of demand capacity and constraints across EMEA pole.
Promote a zero-defect zero-incident culture by embedding Built-in-Safety and Built-in-Quality practices and maintaining adherence to regulatory and management system requirements.
Maintain SOPs dashboards metrics and performance tracking tools to enable informed decision-making and pole-level transparency.
Contribute to cost management productivity improvement and operational readiness initiatives ensuring stability and predictability for customer commitments.
Act as a focal point for operational escalations ensuring timely resolution of risks gaps or customer-impacting issues.
Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to embed Lean principles operational discipline and problem-solving frameworks across the EMEA pole.
Lead or support EMEA transformation projects customer health initiatives and sustainable productivity efforts.
Coach and mentor operational stakeholders fostering capability development a Lean mindset and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
For Middle East locations;
Bachelors degree from engineering business or relevant experience
10 years of experience in Operations & Project Management and/or Commercial and/or Finance
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
For Europe locations;
Bachelors degree from engineering business or relevant experience
Significant experience in Operations & Project Management and/or Commercial and/or Finance
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
Desired Characteristics
GEV finance experience
MBA degree is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
Established project management skills
