We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our crypto exchange team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for users ensuring a seamless experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining high service standards.
Position: Customer Support Agent (Crypto Exchange)
Location: Dubai (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to users via live chat email and ticketing systems.
- Assist customers with account issues deposits/withdrawals KYC verification and trading-related queries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Monitor support queues and ensure all requests are handled within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with compliance product and technical teams to resolve user issues.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on platform features crypto market trends and internal processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support within crypto services.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges wallets and basic trading concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with support tools such as Zendesk Intercom or similar platforms.
- Ability to handle high-volume support environments and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends if required.
- Proactive patient and customer-oriented mindset.
