This is a remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

Overall in-charge of engine department and machinery operations
Ensure safe operation and maintenance of main engine auxiliaries and tanker-specific systems (Cargo pumps IGS COW tank cleaning)
Lead and supervise engine officers and ratings
Monitor fuel consumption PMS and engine performance
Ensure compliance with ISM MARPOL SOLAS and Company SMS
Prevent pollution and maintain Oil Record Book
Coordinate inspections repairs and dry-dock activities
Report to Master and shore technical team

Requirements

Requirements:

Chief Engineer COC (STCW III/2 Unlimited)
Valid tanker experience & endorsements
Minimum tanker experience as 2nd / Chief Engineer
Good leadership and communication skills

Required Skills:
