Foremen

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Foreman to join our operations team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this leadership role you will oversee daily construction or industrial operations manage work crews and ensure all projects meet our high standards for safety quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong supervisory skills decisive decision-making abilities and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

• Supervise coordinate and direct work crews to ensure timely project completion and adherence to schedules
• Enforce safety protocols regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards
• Manage equipment tools and materials inventory ensuring proper maintenance and allocation of resources
• Communicate effectively with project management clients and team members regarding progress challenges and solutions
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly demonstrating problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Train mentor and evaluate crew members providing feedback and guidance to support professional development
• Maintain accurate records of work progress safety incidents and daily operations
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor budget adherence and report on project costs and resource utilization

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or foreman experience in construction manufacturing or industrial operations
• Proven track record of successfully managing work crews and meeting project deadlines
• Strong knowledge of safety standards regulations and best practices relevant to the industry
• Proficiency in reading blueprints technical drawings and project specifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams
• Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making judgment
• Proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation systems
• Valid safety certifications (OSHA or equivalent) or willingness to obtain them
• Experience with budget management and cost control (preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and local regulations (preferred)
• Bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic (preferred)
