Assessment Reports: Creating detailed reports after each tutoring session to document student performance areas for improvement and any relevant feedback for parents or guardians.
Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model offering guidance and support to help students build confidence and resilience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.
Parent Communication: Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by company to enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.

Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Early Childhood Education Primary Education or a related field
Additional certifications in child development or specialized training in KG education can be an advantage.
Previous experience in a similar teaching role preferably within early childhood education or kindergarten is often required.
Experience with lesson planning child assessment and creating a nurturing classroom environment is beneficial. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with young children their parents and other staff members.
Ability to create a structured positive and supportive environment for young learners.
Ability to develop engaging and ageappropriate lesson plans and activities.
Understanding the emotional and developmental needs of young children.
