Essential Functions

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems
Lead the development of Power Apps Power Automate and Power Portals to streamline workflows and enhance business operations
Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic apps.
Apps Functions and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
Develop custom solutions using C# NET JavaScript and SQL Server for advanced customization and scalability
Oversee CRM implementation plugin development and system configurations for optimal service delivery
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver highquality client focused outcomes on time
Manage data migration projects ensuring accuracy and continuity between systems
Create technical documentation lowlevel designs and conduct workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
Integrate 3^rd party tools with Dynamics

Required Qualifications

Masters degree in computer applications or equivalent experience
8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Financials / CE (Customer Engagement) and CRM On cloud implementations
Proficiency in nocode/lowcode solutions and advanced technical customizations
Programming skills in C# NET JavaScript and SQL Server
Proficient with Azure services Functions and DevOps
