Drive simplification automation and integration across the banking value chain.
Enable seamless customer and employee experiences through resilient and interoperable systems.
Foster a platform mindset promoting reusability modularity and agility.
Define and execute the platform strategy for core banking payments and enterprise workflows.
Lead modernization of legacy systems and migration to modular API-enabled and cloud-ready platforms.
Ensure platform availability scalability and compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Collaborate with business architecture and delivery teams to prioritize platform enhancements and integrations.
Drive automation and straight-through processing across banking operations.

Qualifications :

Core Banking Expertise Deep understanding of core banking systems (e.g. account management lending deposits).
Payments & Clearing Systems Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payment rails ISO 20022 SWIFT and real-time payments.
Workflow & Process Automation Experience with BPM case management and enterprise workflow orchestration.
Platform Engineering & Integration Ability to lead platform modernization API enablement and cloud-native transformation.
Regulatory & Operational Risk Acumen Familiarity with compliance audit and operational resilience requirements.
Leadership & Execution Proven ability to lead large-scale platform programs and cross-functional teams.
