Nursery Manager

Job Summary

Stanford Nursery, located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is searching for a skilled Nursery Manager to lead and manage daily operations ensuring a safe and enriching early childhood education setting. As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee staff, uphold compliance with ADEK regulations, and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of nursery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily nursery operations.

- Supervise and support staff while ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations.

- Maintain and organize all documentation and reports as per regulatory requirements.

- Manage nursery systems for accurate data entry and reporting.

- Communicate effectively with parents, handling inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Monitor teaching quality and curriculum implementation.

- Ensure children's safety and adherence to health standards.

- Coordinate nursery activities and develop educational programs.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in nursery or early childhood education management.

- Proficient in ADEK regulations, documentation, and compliance.

- Experience with nursery management systems and administrative processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

- Excellent communication skills with both staff and parents.

- Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Early Childhood Education.

- Multilingual proficiency.
