Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Syrian Shawarma restaurant. The ideal candidate will support all departments with administrative and clerical tasks while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily shifts and ensure the restaurant is running smoothly under the managements guidance.
* Perform clerical and administrative duties including staff scheduling inventory tracking and reporting.
* Ensure that food quality hygiene standards and Syrian hospitality traditions are consistently maintained.
* Assist in various departments (Front of House & Back of House) whenever needed to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
* 2 to 3 years of experience in the F&B industry (Supervisor level).
* Fluent in English (good in communication).
* Ability to manage 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong clerical and organizational skills with a "hands-on" approach to support all departments.
