About The Role

To lead on the delivery of high-quality counselling and social care services that support students staff and families ensuring compliance with ADEK and DCD standards. The role includes leading the schools wellbeing and mental health strategy implementing the ADEK Wellbeing Framework managing the counselling team and driving proactive wellbeing and ADEK education initiatives across the school community.
