ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a detail oriented Cost Engineer to support cost management and financial control activities across a complex large scale infrastructure programme.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in cost engineering cost control or commercial support within design and or construction projects
Familiarity with budgeting forecasting cost reporting and change management processes
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management tools and Excel
Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable
Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Support preparation and monitoring of project budgets and cost plans
Track actual costs against forecasts and report variances
Assist in evaluating change requests and cost impacts
Maintain cost control systems and financial records
Prepare periodic cost reports for project management
Coordinate with planning commercial and delivery teams on cost related matters
Qualifications :
Degree in Engineering Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
