Key Responsibilities
Implement merchandising standards and ensure proper product placement in retail outlets.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
Ensure compliance with planograms and brand guidelines.
Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality and competitor activity.
Support promotional campaigns activations and product launches.
Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners.
Prepare structured field reports highlighting performance insights and improvement areas.
Provide market feedback to sales and management teams.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Requirements
25 years of experience in merchandising retail execution or FMCG distribution.
Strong understanding of the UAE retail market (modern trade & traditional trade).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Valid driving license (preferred).
