Design & Engineering
- Lead the design and technical development of water wastewater stormwater and irrigation networks.
- Perform detailed hydraulic modeling for gravity systems and pressurized networks.
- Prepare highquality engineering drawings design reports and BOQs using Civil 3D/AutoCAD.
Project Delivery
- Oversee planning tendering and construction supervision activities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Review contractor submissions shop drawings method statements and material approvals.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Management
- Liaise with government authorities utility providers consultants and developers.
- Ensure compliance with local standards international best practices and project specifications.
- Support obtaining NOCs approvals and permits.
Quality & Risk Management
- Conduct site assessments technical evaluations and design reviews.
- Identify risks propose mitigation measures and ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in the design and delivery of water-related infrastructure networks.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D AutoCAD and leading hydraulic modeling software (e.g. WaterGEMS SewerGEMS EPANET).
- Strong understanding of regional authority regulations and infrastructure standards.
- Excellent coordination communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale development or master planning projects is an advantage.
