ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage all finishing works on-site including but not limited to plastering painting flooring tiling ceiling joinery and decorative works.
- Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of finishing activities in line with project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly reports on site activities resource utilization and materials.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings method statements and within the specified time and cost.
- Inspect and close out snags and punch lists in coordination with the QA/QC and handover teams.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural and finishing works.
- Maintain high standards of quality safety and housekeeping on site.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing works on large-scale (mega) construction projects in the UAE (Mandatory).
- Contracting company background is essential.
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations construction practices and finishing standards in the UAE.
- Proficiency in reading drawings and technical documents.
- Strong leadership coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
