Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.
- Job Posting: Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing methods & job boards social media and networking & to find qualified candidates.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications conduct preliminary phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Interviewing: Carry out in-depth interviews focusing on candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Offer Extension: Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Onboarding: Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hires integration into the company.
- Employer Branding: Promote the companys reputation as an attractive employer through various channels.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Metrics: Prepare regular recruitment reports highlighting key metrics and recruitment progress.
- Coaching: Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers in the selection process by identifying candidate strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR) preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment preferably in the real estate industry.
