DescriptionJob Summary
As an Assembly Technician level 1 you will be assisting the Flow Controls Business Unit manufacture products to conform with specifications procedure and certification requirements as stated in the Quality Management System. This includes assembly and testing of valves. This role does not limit only to assembly but also will include problem solving and reporting team with daily activities. You will be responsible to liaise with the Senior Technicians Supervisors & Operational teams.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handle equipments and tools with correct care and maintenance (1st level of maintenance)
- Demonstrating 5S & Safety practices and activities
- Skilled in basic assembly and testing of valves and actuators
- Ensure the kitted parts are verified before assembly
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications Valve Test Report recording
- Must be skilled in operation of test benches for both Hydrostatic and Seat leak testing as per FCI 70-2
- Timely update tool requirements repair and calibration needs.
- Collaboration with other team members to enhance 5s and safety improvement activities.
- Coordination with paint shop people to ensure the paint touch-up activities in timely manner.
- Ability to identify and report hazards.
- Adhere to Health Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

- Eligible candidate should have a technical diploma and or Craftmanship training
- The Candidate Should have knowledge of valve manufacturing and assembly processes with a minimum of 2 years experience.

- Overhead Crane Operator Certification
