We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support human resources and office administration operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can balance HR responsibilities with day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws
- Assist with payroll coordination attendance and leave management
- Handle visa processing and coordination with PRO/government authorities
- Manage office administration facilities vendors and supplies
- Prepare HR and admin reports and support employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR & Admin roles (construction/engineering industry is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
