We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This role requires strong multitasking discretion and attention to detail as well as the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
What Youll Do
- Provide full executive and personal support to the senior leadership team
- Manage complex calendars travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Prepare reports presentations and confidential correspondence
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of management
- Support the execution of special projects and company events
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Perform general administrative and office coordination duties

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 48 years of proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of discretion professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Fluency in English
