Job Overview
As the Senior Product Manager for Operations at Mumzworld you will be the architect of our Post-Purchase engine. You will own the technical ecosystem that manages the lifecycle of an order: from the moment a seller lists a product to the second it is reconciled in our financial books. This role is about building the nervous system of Mumzworld including the OMS WMS ERP and Seller Center.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment & WMS Strategy: Lead the roadmap for our Warehouse Management System. Optimize picking algorithms inbound receiving and inventory QC to ensure the highest throughput at the lowest cost.
ERP & Financial Integrity: Own the integration between physical movements and financial records. You will ensure every order return and lost item is accurately reflected in the ERP for automated reconciliation.
Seller Center & Marketplace Ops: Build the tools that empower our partners. You will own the Seller Portal focusing on bulk catalog uploads seller-fulfilled (drop-ship) workflows and automated seller payouts.
Inventory & Multi-Node Orchestration: Design logic to manage stock across internal warehouses and 3PL partners minimizing split shipments and ensuring real-time Available to Sell accuracy.
Logistics & Last Mile: Lead technical integrations with regional carriers. You will focus on delivery density automated manifesting and real-time tracking from dispatch to doorstep.
Reverse Logistics: Redesign the returns and refund experience ensuring seamless communication between the warehouse QC team the Seller Center and the Finance ERP.
What Were Looking For
Essential Experience
5 Years in Product Management: Specifically within B2C eCommerce Operations Logistics or Supply Chain tech.
Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of ERP (Finance/Inventory modules) WMS and Seller Center (Marketplace) platforms.
Demonstrated Ability: Translate complex operational pain points (such as stock discrepancies or manual seller payouts) into scalable product solutions.
Technical Depth: Proven experience with backend platforms and API integrations. You should be comfortable discussing how data flows from a Sellers API into our OMS and finally into the ERP.
Analytical & BI Proficiency: Ability to analyze complex data to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain or leakages in financial reconciliation.
Track Record: Proven success in driving measurable improvements in Delivery Speed SLA Adherence and Cost per Order.
