Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute engaging digital training programs for employees at all levels.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality e-learning content.

- Evaluate and optimize existing digital learning materials for effectiveness.

- Implement learning management systems to deliver and track online courses.

- Stay updated on digital learning trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

- Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve the digital learning experience.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.

- Proven experience in digital learning design and development.

- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

- Excellent project management and time management skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Educational Technology or a related field.

- Certification in e-learning design or instructional design.
