Were looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Dubai. In this role you will be responsible for executing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns leveraging data insights to drive brand consistency and growth across the Emirates.

What Youll Be Doing

You will manage the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across major platforms. This role requires a blend of creative thinking technical media planning and rigorous performance analysis.

• Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of campaigns across YouTube Meta Snapchat TikTok and local publishers ensuring the Deliveroo brand is represented consistently.

• Media Planning & Execution: Develop detailed media plans and schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring that creative assets are deployed efficiently to meet specific performance KPIs.

• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the brand and platform teams to brainstorm new social media ideas sharing global best practices and local insights to keep our strategy fresh.

• Data-Driven Reporting: Build and maintain comprehensive reports to track ROI and key metrics translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor emerging digital tools and local media trends to ensure Deliveroo maintains a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving UAE landscape.

• Content Excellence: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in Arabic and English copywriting ensuring high-quality visual design across all digital touchpoints.

What Youll Need to Thrive

This role is part of our commitment to nurturing local talent and is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

• Experience: 12 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing or Media Management.

• Linguistic Skills: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.

• Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in media planning and a strong understanding of the local media landscape in the UAE.

• Education: A Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.

• Mindset: A test-and-learn attitude with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Documentation: Valid UAE Passport and Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
