- Regularly keeping updated on market trends and informing clients accordingly
- Maintaining an up-to-date database
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales-driven roles (UAE real estate experience preferred).
- Fluent in English (Arabic Russian Farsi or Chinese is a plus).
- Highly motivated target-driven and a team player.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car is preferred.
- Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service and communication skills
