5. Manage supervise and monitor the team of assigned Sales Promoters for their sales performance on weekly basis
6. Monitor and identify the opportunities for increasing the brand visibility in Channel.
7. Observe market trends and provide timely feedback to the superiors for the same
8. Coordinate with the Channel partners to facilitate the business smoothly by supervising monitoring and reviewing their performance from time to time.
Seamless collaboration with all sales peers back- office staff marketing colleagues other colleagues and management to ensure that you are conducting all activities to boost the business in the given Channel.
