Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the Configured Systems Global Buy House encompassing MSD HRSG and BoP purchasing scope accountable for requisitiontoPO execution across projects and regions.
• Work crossfunctionally with Engineering ITO and Projects to identify and address KPI leakage LD exposure and margin erosion.
• Establish and own Projects Sourcing operating rhythms including ontime engineering release RFQ issuance and PO placement.
• Develop and maintain leading KPIs dashboards and analytics to drive SQDC outcomes for projects sourcing.
• Manage and develop a global TCoE organization of approximately 30 Buyers supporting execution of 23k POs annually across MSD HRSG and BoP scopes.
• Provide operational ownership of the Sourcing Operations TCoE including SOP consolidation operating governance and capacity/resource analysis aligned to volumes.
• Own coordination of global operating governance for the Projects Sourcing partnership with the Genpact delivery team acting as Regional Point of Contact and supporting the CoE Leader to ensure alignment to standards operating rhythms performance expectations and continuous improvement objectives.
• Own the sustainment ongoing development and expansion of the Configured Systems PSM Dashboard to meet evolving business requirements ensuring it is effective adopted and actively leveraged by critical sourcing and project stakeholders.
• Partner with teams and functions on the rollout of critical sourcing platforms and AIenabled initiatives to enable nextlevel purchasing execution.
• Embed Lean principles behaviours and culture across the Configured Systems Global Buy House driving adoption of daily management standard work and structured problem solving to continuously improve sourcing execution and SQDC outcomes.
• Own standard work across the Projects Sourcing CoE driving alignment and operating governance by partnering with internal TCoE teams and the broader Projects Sourcing organization to standardize ways of working and enable effective governance of projects sourcing infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in any of the following areas: Sourcing Commercial Operations Sales Supply Chain within the Power Generation and/or Oil & Gas industries.
• Previous experience in Sourcing & Supply Chain within the Power Generation and/or Oil & Gas industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
