12 years of experience in recruitment and operations.
Experience in promoter management or event staffing.
Strong multitasking organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid UAE visa.
