Prime Objective:
A customer service representative interacts with a companys customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Process orders received and delivered on time as addition they deal with order processing and help resolve any customer complaints.
Key Tasks:
- Attend all queries by phone and email and forward to respective KAM/TMM if required.
- Input sales orders received (LPO) to SAP for Sika UAE customers.
- Schedule and follow up with customers for delivery.
- Check stock availability and allocations per quotation / order / project.
- Send delivery schedule to logistics (quantity location contact).
- Maintain minimal order list as all orders received need to be delivered.
- Have an understanding how to manage daily routine and situations outside the box.
- To undertake any additional responsibilities or duties assigned by line manager commensurate within the position.
QA/QC:
- Ensure compliance with the companys Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems.

Qualifications :
- Graduate in Business Management or Equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills English (Spoken & Written) Arabic is an advantage
- Computer literate proficient in Microsoft Office proficient in SAP is an advantage - willing to upgrade skills.
- 3 years related experience
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
