- Assist in daily revenue management tasks and reservation processes
- Support the team in analyzing booking trends and occupancy rates
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Participate in revenue optimization strategies and initiatives
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with booking modifications
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for management
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of revenue management principles
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
