Tasks
Roles & responsibilities
Manage the founders daily calendar meetings and appointments to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient use of time
- Coordinate meetings calls and basic travel arrangements when required
- Handle professional communication via email WhatsApp and phone with clients partners and internal teams
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive business and personal information
- Prepare simple documents summaries and reports as needed
- Organise digital files folders and important information
- Perform basic online research and provide clear summaries
- Support both business and personal tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly
Requirements
Desired candidate profile
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field is preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant Office Assistant or similar role
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Organised reliable and able to multitask
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Professional discreet and trustworthy
