Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Representative you will be at the forefront of client engagement property viewings negotiations and deal closures. Your key role will be to guide clients confidently through each transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and nurture client leads via both inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct property viewings presentations and tours.
- Negotiate agreements and oversee deal closures.
- Support clients through documentation and transaction processes.
- Monitor market trends and update clients with relevant insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 6months of relevant experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
- Fluent in Hindi and Urdu; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Proactive goal-oriented and highly presentable.
- Familiarity with real estate documentation and procedures is preferred.
