Responsibilities

Ensure following up on authoritys approval and be the responsible team member on the project schedule and assigned budget.
Monitor and follow up on the full design packages in coordination with all design disciplines for the assigned projects
Enforce compliance of coordination procedures with Architecture ID MEP and Structural departments within concept design team and take charge in resolving any coordination issues
Assist in resolving any design issues as per authorities regulations
Enforce general design procedures during design process
Keep up of latest design requirements NOCs sustainability and environmental requirements and make team aware of these requirements
Review drawings and ensure compliance with authority design guidelines and regulations and master developers DCR
Periodically Review projects design progress with Head of Department to ensure compliance of project to initially set design direction including monitoring project schedule and approved budgets
Initiate all required RFPs during designs stages and manage the procurement RFPs for the assigned projects
Direct and manage the team to modify existing designs based on management direction
Follow-up manage and keep track of project changes and adjustments. liaise with all stake holders
Provide support to junior team members while guiding them throughout work processes
Attend meetings with external consultants and authorities when needed
Assist Head of Departments to manage work of external consultants identify issues in workflow and processes

Requirements

Proven track record with successful project handovers encompassing at least 500 beds demonstrating a high level of expertise in healthcare facility design and management
Extensive experience in specialized healthcare environments particularly within oncology and maternity care is mandatory
End-to-end project involvement from initial conception to final handover ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across all project phases
