Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and live chats professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs clarify information and provide immediate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records and interaction details in the CRM system.
- KPI Performance: Meet and exceed individual performance targets including Average Handling Time (AHT) Quality Scores and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products services and policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Must be a UAE National (with Family Book).
- Experience: 12 years of experience in a call center customer service or administrative role.
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Full fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.

- Patient and empathetic approach to handling customer complaints.
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
