We are seeking two motivated and professional Emirati Nationals to join our high-performing call center this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and live chats professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs clarify information and provide immediate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
  • Data Management: Accurately update customer records and interaction details in the CRM system.
  • KPI Performance: Meet and exceed individual performance targets including Average Handling Time (AHT) Quality Scores and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products services and policies to provide accurate information.


Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Nationality: Must be a UAE National (with Family Book).
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in a call center customer service or administrative role.
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Languages: Full fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
