We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and broader leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination communication and time management for executive functions.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars appointments and travel schedules for the CSO and senior leadership.
Organize internal and external meetings including preparation of agendas minutes and follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and personnel information.
Draft review and manage executive communications reports and presentations.
Operations & Coordination
Serve as the liaison between executives and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Track action items and ensure timely execution across departments.
Coordinate with vendors clients and external stakeholders as needed.
Manage basic office operations and procurement tasks.
Project Assistance & Reporting
Assist in preparing business reports dashboards and performance summaries.
Support the CSO with sales documentation CRM updates and executive summaries.
Help plan and execute internal events workshops or executive offsites.
Continuously improve processes and workflows for executive efficiency.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in executive assistance office administration or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and scheduling tools like Calendly.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality work under pressure and adapt to change.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
