About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms within the real estate sector. The role focuses on building brand awareness generating leads and engaging audiences through compelling content and data-driven social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Plan monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and X.
Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximize reach and engagement.
Content Creation & Management
Create curate and manage high-quality posts reels stories and short-form videos.
Coordinate with designers videographers and marketing teams to produce engaging content.
Ensure consistent brand voice tone and visual identity across all social platforms.
Community Management & Engagement
Monitor comments messages and inquiries ensuring timely and professional responses.
Build and manage online communities fostering engagement and trust.
Handle basic customer queries and coordinate lead handovers to sales teams.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track social media KPIs such as reach engagement leads and conversions.
Prepare performance reports and insights to optimize content and campaigns.
Monitor trends and platform updates to continuously improve performance.
Paid Social & Campaign Support
Support execution of paid social media campaigns in coordination with digital marketing teams.
Assist with lead-generation campaigns for property launches and promotions.
Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or related field.
36 years of experience in social media management preferably within real estate or property sectors.
Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and content formats.
Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising preferred.
