Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Plywood/ Particle Board manufacturing company. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and develop key client relationships.
- Promote advanced eco-friendly engineered wood and sustainable building materials across construction interiors and related segments.
- Identify nurture and convert new business opportunities within the UAEs rapidly growing building market.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings site visits and technical presentations for architects contractors and developers.
- Prepare proposals negotiate pricing and seamlessly manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships for both new and repeat business.
- Track market developments sustainability standards and monitor competitor activity in the eco-construction sector.
- Represent the company at key trade shows seminars and industry events.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in building materials construction products or sustainability-focused sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Technical understanding of green building materials or engineered wood products is an advantage.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
