Reception Manager

As a Zuma Sales Events Manager youll be at the heart of our guest experience. Youll create memorable moments embody our vibrant restaurant energy and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Zuma experience.

The responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities for events and catering sales
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients such as corporate travel agencies media and business partners
• Ensure timely response on all incoming enquiries and leads with tracing system
• Provide competitive market intelligence and identify potential customers
• Handle the full logistics of events arrangement including providing professional advice and alternatives to the guests for events and functions as well as to ensure the requirements of events to all respective stakeholders are well-communicated

The requirements

• A minimum of 2 years related catering sales experience with experience in MICE and Event Sales related disciplines is preferred
• Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence
• Social and outgoing personality. Have initiative strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
