Job Summary
Our client is seeking a driven Female Sales Executive with a marketing background to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. You will leverage your expertise in marketing and client relationships to drive business growth deliver tailored solutions and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities-
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (cold calling networking pitching).
- Manage existing client relationships to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Marketing Solutions Consulting
- Understand client marketing goals and recommend customized solutions.
- Present proposals negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Campaign Execution & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative digital PR) to deliver campaigns.
- Track sales KPIs prepare reports and suggest optimizations.
- Market Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor strategies and client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors in Marketing Business or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing advertising or digital agencies.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in digital marketing services (social media PPC content SEO).
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and MS Office.
Soft Skills- Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
